Ordering

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Zayla & Co. LLC. Given the bespoke nature of our work, cancellation terms depend on your project’s stage: 

Non-Refundable Elements: Your initial 50% retainer and design fee are never refundable, as these cover our creative consultation, concept development, and project initiation—work that cannot be uncommitted once begun.

Design Phase Cancellations: Additional charges apply for any completed services and procured materials beyond your initial investment. Remaining funds may be credited toward future projects.

Production Phase: Once you authorize production (written approval or proof sign-off), your complete investment becomes final as we immediately commit specialized resources exclusively to your project.

Production Timeline & Expectations

Your bespoke creation begins only upon final proof approval and complete payment. All timelines reflect business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) and cover production exclusively—design development and shipping times are additional.

Classic Paper Suites Standard printing without laser cutting or foil 15-25 business days (3-5 weeks)

Acrylic & Laser-Cut Suites Precision-crafted materials requiring specialized techniques 6-8 weeks

Luxury Presentations Boxed invitations, scrolls, custom folios, and fabric suites 2-3 months

Velvet Boxed Collections Our most exclusive offering: 3 months We recommend placing Velvet boxed orders 4 months prior to your event

Multi-Element Suites Timeline determined by the most elaborate component included.

AI voice agent add-ons allow an additional week to the above timelines.


Important Considerations

Rush Service: Available at our discretion with an additional fee calculated based on order complexity and quantity.

Material Availability: Should specialty papers, inks, fabrics, or embellishments become unavailable, we will immediately notify you and provide photographed alternatives for approval. You may modify selections to maintain your timeline.

Timeline Commitment: These production schedules apply only after final approval and payment. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery for timeline requests made after production begins.

Design consultation, proof development, and shipping are additional to these production timelines.

Shipping

Any country that our shipping partners UPS, FedEx, and DHL ship to. 

Please see production timeframes. But once your order is completed, delivery times vary depending on the service used (ground, express or international) and the destination. Please be advised that times can also vary due to weather, proximity to holiday seasons, etc… If in doubt, please order sooner than you require! For shipping purposes, please note that we are based in Florida, USA.

  • United States and Canada, 1 – 7 Business days approx.
  • Europe: 7 -10 Business days approx.

  •  Australia, New Zeland, and the Rest of the World: 7 – 14 Business days approx.

Returns and Refunds

Our creations are exclusively designed and handcrafted for your celebration alone. Due to the personalized nature of bespoke design, completed commissions represent a final investment. We stand behind our craftsmanship—should any quality concerns arise, please reach out immediately for resolution.
